Our Commitment
Grovefund is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard, and we treat accessibility as core to our mission — a community that includes every kid must be usable by every caregiver.
Current Standing
As a small nonprofit project in early launch, we are continuously improving accessibility. We routinely test for:
- Keyboard-only navigation through all flows;
- Screen reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack);
- Sufficient color contrast (AA minimum 4.5:1 for body text);
- Logical heading hierarchy and landmark regions;
- Descriptive link text and ARIA labels;
- Respect for user motion-reduction preferences;
- Responsive design from 320px to 1920px+ viewports.
Known Limitations
We are a small team and have not yet completed a third-party accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it and fix it.
